Completed for NorthPoint Development, this project is a 80,000-square-foot, 86-unit assisted living and memory care facility.

This project consists of an approximately 80,000 SF assisted living and memory care facility developed on a 2.4-acre site to provide multiple levels of senior care within a single residential community. The three-story building includes 86 residential units, with two floors dedicated to assisted living and a third floor designated for memory care. The facility utilizes non-combustible construction, providing durability and enhanced life safety for residents and staff.

The community includes a range of resident amenities designed to support daily living, wellness, and social engagement. Interior spaces feature a full-service commercial kitchen, bistro, spas, salon, and theater, providing dedicated areas for dining, personal care, and recreation. Select residential units include walk-out patios, offering direct access to outdoor spaces.

Exterior amenities include landscaped courtyards and a dog park, providing additional recreational areas for residents. The project was engineered to deliver a durable senior living facility with integrated assisted living and memory care accommodations, efficient building systems, and amenities designed to support long-term resident care and operational performance.
